In accordance with the changes on BKPM website display, we would also like to inform that contact center related to Central OSS of BKPM has been change into 0807 100 2576.

This number has following service options:

1. Service on general and sectoral investment (dial no. 1 from your telephone) will be served by personal service center for 24 hours

2. Service on investment license and facilities (dial No. 2 on the phone) will be received by the Investor Relations Unit / IRU (Working days: Monday - Thursday 07.30 - 16.00 and Friday 07.30 -16.30)

3. Service on Service Information System and Electronic Investment Licence/SPIPISE ( dial no. 3 on the phone) will be received by Service Desk ( Working days: Monday - Thursday 07.30 - 16.00 and Friday 07.30 -16.30 )

4. Service on complaint submission (dial no. 4 on the phone) will be handled by specific working group (Working days: Monday - Thursday 07.30 - 16.00 and Friday 07.30 -16.30)
