In order to carry out the Chairman of BKPM Regulation Year 2017 (Perka BKPM Tahun 2017) on Guidelines and Procedures for Licensing and Facility, all form of online submission through SPIPISE such as New Principle License application, Principle License for Expansion, Principle License for Transfer Status, Principle License for Merger and Principle License for Change in Investment will be temporary closed from 22 December 2017 to 2 January 2018. Please be advised that the applications received through SPIPISE up to 22 December 2017 will be processed under the ongoing mechanism, thus will be issued as Principle License and Alteration (Change) Principle License. Indonesia Investment Promotion Center (IIPC) is the official representative of BKPM overseas in charge of promoting Indonesian investment to potential investors abroad. IIPC has the following several duties and functions:


Duties of IIPC:

1. Increasing investment from the State of Domicile and Working Area to Indonesia;

2. Facilitating investment from Indonesia to the State of Domicile and Working Area.


Functions of IIPC:

1. Proactively focus on doing investment marketing campaign and providing investment information;

2. Do coordination and synchronization of investment marketing program with Indonesia Representatives, related institution in the State of Domicile and Working Area, as well as Government Institution and business in Indonesia;

3. Facilitate the investment mission from the State of Domicile and Working Area to Indonesia and investment mission from Indonesia to the State of Domicile and Working Area;

4. Facilitate the investment problem solving of new or existing investors and to encourage investment realization from the State of Domicile and Working Area that have received license from BKPM;

5. Monitor the investment interest and policy in the State of Domicile and Working Area;

6. Facilitate Indonesian investors who invest in the State of Domicile and Working Area;

7. Propose the work programs and budget needs in order to accomplish the duties and achieve the investment targets set by BKPM’s Executive;

8. Do other duties given by BKPM’s Executives and Head of Indonesia Representatives in the State of Domicile.
